Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing your order.
If 24 hours have passed, cancellation will be granted at our discretion.

Due to the customized nature of products we produce, we do not offer returns or refunds of products we produce. Each artwork is a unique product created featuring your pet.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, incorrect size, incorrect print or the product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach photos of the product received. We will send you a replacement or issue a refund.
