Select the style you want your pet to be made into, we have a wide selection of styles that suit both cat’s and dogs.
Upload a photo of your pet. You can upload up-to five pictures of your pet and our designers will select the image that is most suitable for the style you selected.
Please read our photo guidelines for help on taking the perfect picture of your pet.
Once we receive a photo of your pet a member of our design team will evaluate the quality of the photo to check it can be used for the production of your pet portrait. In the event that the photo can not be used we will reach out to you to get an alternative photo.
Our designers will create your pet portrait and send you an email proof of the finished image for approval. In the event you are not happy with the proof, we will make a revision of the image based on your feed back. A final proof will be sent for your approval.
Once you have approved proof image the order is sent to our production department for printing and shipping.
You will receive a shipment email notification with tracking details as soon as your order has shipped.
